Dharma is operated by Dharma Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website at dharma.evrayn.com or our mobile application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. What data we collect
1.1 Waitlist / Community Sign-up
When you join our waitlist, we collect:

1.3 Application data (post-launch)
When the Dharma app launches, your personal practice data (journal entries, saved pujas, bookmarks) will be stored locally on your device by default. Cloud sync is optional and will use end-to-end encryption.

- To communicate product updates and launch notifications
- To personalise your Dharma experience based on your preferences
- To improve our product based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns
- To respond to your support requests
We will never:
- Sell your personal data to third parties
- Use your data for targeted advertising
- Share your data with data brokers
- Profile you for marketing outside of Dharma
3. Third-party services
Currently, the Dharma website uses:
- Vercel - Website hosting (data processing agreement in place)
- Google Fonts - Loaded via CSS (no cookies set, no tracking)
We do not embed third-party analytics, social media widgets, or advertising scripts.
4. Data storage and security
- Waitlist data is stored securely with encryption at rest
- All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- Access to user data is restricted to essential personnel only
- We conduct regular security reviews
5. Your rights
Under applicable data protection laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and India's DPDPA), you have the right to:
- Access - Request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectification - Correct inaccurate personal data
- Erasure - Request deletion of your personal data
